That is a great to-do list! And while it does elicit a chuckle, it's very wise! There are many days I feel buried, like I'm drowning, and everything presses from all sides and all I want to do is turn inward and hide in a corner... but if I can make myself *just* do the *next thing*-- however simple it may be-- it helps.
