Have you wished Jane Austen "Happy Birthday" yet?
OK, I do understand that she has been long departed from this earth, but you did realize that it was her birthday, right?
A bit closer to home, today is also my good friend Jodi's day. December 16 must just be a day for brilliant women to be born.
Happy Birthday, Jodi! I am so thankful for your friendship.
(And thank-you, God, for giving us Jane Austen too.)
